There are no fees to become an Introducer and no selling is required!
Coverage can be provided for up to 10 separate premises for a given landlord under a given policy but more properties can be covered, subject to underwriter approval. The policies provide flexibility for changes in the number of premises owned by the landlord during the policy period and very generous discounts are given based on the number of premises covered.
We can also arrange block policies and policies in the name of managing agents.
Approach
It is very much down to individual agencies to decide how they feel it would be best to introduce their landlord clients to our policies. For example, some agencies send out a copy of our promotional leaflet (which would have your own unique “Sign-up code” printed on them) with a simple covering letter (and we can provide a template letter along with copies of our leaflets), whilst others email their clients with our PDF leaflet.
The Buying Process and Commission Tracking: “Sign-up Code”
If a landlord wishes to purchase one of our policies, they simply go to our website (www.just-4-landlords-com) and enter your unique Sign-up code in the designated field. This will give them a discount off the total price and their purchase also tracks back to you, the Introducer, for payment of the agreed commission (per the agreed scale).
Service Excellence
Our overriding priority is to always endeavour to ensure that the landlords and their tenants are all looked after properly. All claims and service calls are managed by our wholly owned associate company, Maintenance Direct Ltd (MD), which has been operating for 27 years and has long standing relationships with several major UK extended providers and insurers.
We typically use manufacturers / their approved agents to carry out white goods repairs and a longstanding, highly respected nation-wide service provider for boiler and home emergency repairs.
