At Just-4-Landlords, we're passionate about providing landlords (just like you!) with high quality great value products, including our bespoke Kitchen Appliance and Boiler & Central Heating cover policies (specifically designed with you in mind), landlord insurance, rent guarantee and legal protection insurance, together with other ad hoc services (including gas safety certificates – with an option to include this within your boiler cover or combo policy - boiler repairs and boiler servicing, and kitchen appliance repairs).
We have run our own in-house call centre and our wholly owned “sister company” (Maintenance Direct Ltd), which has operated through-out the UK for over 27 years, organises all the call-outs and repairs (and many of our clients include “household name” insurance companies).
